Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Small Business All In ONE This is the best value for a small business all in one printer, it was also the only printer available with a rear paper feeder. You will need a large area to put this so make sure you look at the size as this is no small printer set up. Excellent product, plus Epson shipped to my right to my door.

This printer is acting more like a pre used printer than a new printer. Right now I am getting unclear printed words in the middle of the page. What should I do?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great features - Questionable reliablity This model has great features - fast printing & copying, large paper capacity, good software, good versatile paper handling, decent office color & scanning, etc. With the Xlarge ink cartridges, we've been spending a bit over 2 cents per page all in for typical office use. The ink lasts a LONG time after the low ink warnings appear. Don't be fooled.Use the usage reports. The downside so far has been that the unit failed at 17 months after some ugly noises. The good news is that Epson is sending a refurbished unit despite the fact that we are beyond the pathetic 1 yr warranty for a commercial unit. Although they had to be pressed to expedite the delivery to a business that is out of business without a printer. We'll see how this works. I'm a big Epson fan and have used their photo printers and scanners for years, but this is business.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great printer but don't run out of ink The printer generally works very well. Unfortunately, it consumes ink at a much faster rate than advertised. I spoke with Epson technical support and they were not helpful with this problem. The most serious problem I have with it is purchasing replacement ink. I have looked on and off for about three months on the Epson website and the inks are almost always out of stock. You may find one or two, but certainly not all four at once.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rock Solid This All-In-One Printer is like every other piece of equipment I have ever bought from Epson, and there have been many. It has a rock solid build, great documentation, incredible feature set, easy to use with just a bit of a learning curve and based on past experiences . . . I EXPECT it to be extremely reliable. The documentation, design and build normally negate any need for customer support, but I did call about a printer a looong time ago once, and they were great to deal with. This company really does a great job of marketing their products. You can expect a trouble free experience on most anything they bring to market. I love Epson products, can you tell?
