  • You are granting the Epson technical support representative permission to remotely access your computer for the purposes of technical support. You may terminate the remote session at any time by clicking the "Disconnect" button.
  • You agree Epson is not responsible under any circumstances for loss or corruption of your data or software. Epson will take reasonable precautions to avoid loss or corruption. If you wish to back up your data or software before granting access to the Epson representative, you should do that BEFORE you click the “Connect Now” button. If you do a back-up, it is recommended you do it to external media.
  • This remote session and system data will be recorded and stored for service purposes only to be indexed with your customer file, which Epson maintains according to its Privacy Policy.
  • IN NO EVENT WILL EPSON BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF EPSON’S ACCESSING OF YOUR COMPUTER FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT. FURTHER, EPSON'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE EPSON PRODUCT FOR WHICH TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS BEING PROVIDED. Some jurisdictions may not allow a limitation or exclusion on damages, so the above may not apply in all circumstances.
