Microsoft Windows 10 Print Issues
from March 2021 Updates
If you installed a Windows 10 update in March 2021, your Epson printer may not print correctly. Epson is working with Microsoft to correct the issue.
Microsoft has released updates to correct some of the issues. Refer to the table below to see the affected Windows 10 versions and information regarding updates available from Microsoft. To determine which version of Windows 10 you’re using, see Microsoft’s Windows 10 version checking page.

Use the Windows Update feature to download and install updates.
To access the Windows Update feature, select Start > Settings > Update & Security. You see the screen below. Click Download and Install, then follow the on-screen instructions.
