A line or line of dots always appears in my scanned images. What should I do?

  • Try the following:
    • The document table may need cleaning. Clean the document table. See Cleaning the Product.
    • If you still have the problem, the document table may be scratched. Contact Epson for assistance. See EPSON Technical Support.
