My scanning software crashes after I scan with Epson Scan 2, Document Capture, Easy Photo Scan, or Copy Utility. What should I do?

• Make sure the latest version of your software is installed. You can download the software from your product's support page, or use Epson Software Updater to install the latest version of the software. To install Epson Software Updater, go to the Epson support page, select your product, and then select Downloads > Utilities > Epson Software Updater.
