How do I connect my projector wirelessly to my Windows or Mac computer?

Install the Epson iProjection (Windows/Mac) software on the computer from which you will project.

Note: An HDMI video connection is recommended for video playback. Use a wireless connection only to display photos and presentations.

After you install the software, do the following to select the network settings on your projector:

    1. Turn on the projector.
    2. Press the Menu button on the remote control, select the Network menu, and then press Enter ().
    3. Make sure the Wireless LAN Power setting is set to On.
    4. Select Network Configuration and press Enter ().
    5. Select the Wireless LAN menu and press Enter ().
    6. Select Connection Mode and press Enter ().
    7. Do one of the following:
      • To connect directly to a computer, select Quick and press Enter (). To include a security setting for your connection, select Security, set the setting to WPA2-PSK, and then press Esc. Then select Passphrase and enter a passphrase of 8 characters or more, select Finish, and then press Enter (). When you are finished, press Esc as necessary to exit the Wireless LAN menu.

Note: The passphrase is case sensitive.

Select Complete and follow the on-screen instructions to save your settings and exit the menus. See Connecting the Projector and a Computer Directly Using Wireless Communication to connect your projector.

      • To connect to a router or access point, select Advanced and press Enter (). Press Esc as necessary to return to the Wireless LAN menu and continue with the steps below.
        1. Select Search Access Point and press Enter ().
        2. Use the arrow buttons on the remote control to select your network name (SSID) in the list of available connections. Enter your network password on the screen that appears, if necessary.
        3. Select Finish and press Enter ().
        4. Select IP Settings and press Enter (). If your network assigns addresses automatically, make sure DHCP is turned on. Otherwise, turn off DHCP and manually enter the projector's IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway Address as needed.
