Which type of equipment can I connect directly to my product?
- MHL (Home Cinema 5050UBe only)
- Optical HDMI
You can connect the projector to a computer or video equipment that supports the following connection types:
Note: If you are connecting an optical HDMI cable, you must also connect the cable's USB power connector to the Opt.HDMI (300mA) port.
Note: To display signals in the 18 Gbps transmission band, such as from a 4k/60 fps source, use a cable rated for 18 Gbps signals.
Using the WirelessHD transmitter (Home Cinema 5050UBe only), you can connect the projector to other devices that support an MHL connection, such as a Roku Streaming Stick, tablet, or smartphone.
Note: For MHL connections, use the WirelessHD transmitter's HDMI4 port (Home Cinema 5050UBe only). Some MHL devices may require a power source.Related tasks
