Tested media

Using only Epson-tested media is critical to prolonging the life of the print head in your Epson thermal printer. Other media has been known to damage the print head over time and damage from use of untested media is not covered under warranty.

In-warranty repair

An Epson Authorized Servicer is available to assist you with repairs. Simply bring your Epson product, along with proof of the date of original purchase, to the nearest Authorized Servicer in your area. Epson's nationwide network of Authorized Servicers are conveniently located to assist you with your repair needs. Your system device product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period and, while under warranty, all replacement parts and labor are provided without charge.

Out-of-warranty repair

An Epson Authorized Servicer can provide you with diagnostic service, assistance and options to minimize expenses while delivering the high quality service you've come to expect from Epson.

Epson ExpressCareSM Service Program

Epson's comprehensive ExpressCare program gives you the widest selection of service options, so you can pick the most cost-effective way to keep your equipment up and running. No matter what options you select, you'll get fast service and quick resolution from highly-skilled technicians.

Fast Turn Depot®

Epson's industry-leading, whole-unit repair and return process is designed for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty Epson POS products. All components are tested upon receipt and necessary service and repairs are performed by Epson's depot repair group. To ensure the shortest disruption of service, products are typically returned in just 2-3 days.

Extended CareSM

This program offers economically-priced extended warranties with multi-year limited warranty coverage. Covered repairs are performed free of charge, including parts and labor. Coverage is available for all current Epson POS products.



An extremely cost-effective alternative to expensive on-site repair service, this program express-ships a replacement unit to you overnight. Shipping both ways is always on us, with pre-paid shipping label and instructions included with the replacement unit.


Authorized Service Provider Program

Epson Customer Care Centers (ECCCs), our nationwide network of Authorized Service Providers, are available to offer timely and cost-effective support solutions for Epson POS products. This includes in-warranty and out-of-warranty product support, as well as equipment diagnostics and spare parts. Simply contact the nearest ECCC in your area.

Strategic Developer Partners have the option to become ECCCs. The ECCC program offers two advantages: maximizing the profit potential of your service department and building long-term relationships with your customers. If you're interested in becoming authorized as a service provider, you must meet certain Epson requirements.
