Unregister / Remove Products from Organization

Compatible Epson printers as well as accessories like the Epson SD-10 Spectrophotometer can be registered to a PORT Organization. Registration is handled on the product end, and not in PORT itself. Below is how to remove or unregister a product from PORT, depending on how it was originally connected.


Unregister Printers connected with the Epson DC Agent for ESCP

Earlier printer models use the Epson DC Agent for ECSP to connect to PORT. Below is a list of models that use the DC Agent.

You can unregister the printers from Epson DC Agent for ECSP individually.

  1. From the start menu, select Epson Software > Epson DC Agent for ECSP to run Epson DC Agent for ECSP.

  2. Clear the checkboxes for the printers you want to unregister, and then click Apply.

    You can select or clear all with the checkbox at the top.

  3. Click OK to apply the settings.

    Printer information will no longer be sent to Epson Cloud Solution PORT.

  4. Click OK on the confirmation screen.

Unregister Printers connnected with the Epson ES Agent for ECSP

Use the printer's built-in Web Config utility to disable Epson ES Agent for ECSP.

  1. Open a web browser on your computer and enter the printer's IP address into the address bar.

    Example: If the printer's IP address is “192.0.2.100”, enter "https://192.0.2.100" into the address bar.

  2. If the administrator lock is on, click Login, and then enter the password to enter administrator mode.

  3. Click the Printer Data Sharing tab.

  4. Select Disable in the Printer Data Sharing field.

  5. Click OK.
