The order was promptly canceled 2 hours later after no call or email to me was made. There was no issue with any of my payment or contact information. I ended up just buying one on eBay because I was sick of it. Genuinely I’ve never had a worse experience buying an item online. No scratches and the scanning surface is perfect! Although it is mildly expensive it is cheaper than the used scanners on the web and I trust Epson based on previous purchases. As a scanner of pictures the images are perfect! Scanning 4 slides takes a bit longer. Scanning negatives with conversion to black and white pictures takes about 12 min for 6 slides.
