AND 14 inch paper constantly jams at the right side unless paper starting point is advanced about 3/4 of an inch. A real down grade of a good product. But what is the alternative? I understand that dot matrix is an older technology, but for small businesses, it works for label printing on a large scale - so why can it not work properly? I currently lose three labels from each section that print out blank. This is a serious problem for my business.
