It works well most of the time, however when the paper is down to 10-15 sheets, it loads a few papers instead of just one. This sometimes causes a paper jam. I love the double sided feature; the paper prints on one side and then rolls back in and prints on the other side. You have to set it to do this when you want double sided print. It also does not do this if you are using landscape or glossy paper. It has a very large footprint and is very heavy. It scans well and the pictures on glossy paper are very good quality. In order to have it feed properly I have to take the regular paper out of the tray and feed the glossy paper in one sheet at a time. It also uses a lot of ink which is expensive. This really defeated the purpose of not using it continuously to save money on ink cartridges. The good thing is that, once it was cleaned and I ran a few throw-away prints, the colors were so much brighter and more accurate than those on my non-Epson printer (which I use whenever colors don't matter because the ink is less expensive). I just got the Arctic set up and it prints beautifully! The only problem I had with the network setup was because the CD tray had been accidentally opened while moving the printer to a good wireless location. I called Epson tech support and we were up and running in no time. I loaded the paper tray with standard white letter size paper and had some Epson 4x6 Premium photo paper, so I installed that in the paper tray too. The tray will hold letter/legal size, and also 4x6 or 5x7 photo paper in two different tray slots.\n\nI didn't connect a USB cable, instead opting to use straight wifi. I went to the setup on the printer control panel and the printer detected my wireless router ssid, so I selected that router and entered the wpa2 password. The printer did its thing, and about a minute later it was ready.\n\nI installed the included software and drivers on my Windows computers, selecting that I had already configured the printer for my wifi network. The printer software installed flawlessly and found the printer via the wifi connection.\n\nI printed a test page and it worked. I printed a photo I had on my desktop and it worked. I scanned a coupon I had laying around, and it worked. I used the printer as a copier using the flatbed scanner to copy an invoice, and it worked. It just works.\n\nIt prints fast too.
