I am going to call tech support and see if they have addition troubleshooting beside what was provided. I am sticking it out for now because my past experience with Epson has been good. However, if this third one does not work I will be switching to another brand. I have already made too many trips back and forth to exchange this printer and spent too many hours trying to get it to work. If you are looking for a plug and go printer, from my experience, I would not buy this one because of the amount of trouble I have had.
