Constantly jams while faxing, even tearing the paper sometimes. We replaced the main with the back up and still jams, can see a \"crinkle\" in the paper where in jams in the exact same spot. I am a professional photog and have easily burned thru a dozen plus medium to high end Epson units because they generally are the best for print resolution, their inks are archival, they render well with options and color profiling, they set up quick, the WiFi is pretty good. This  WF 3720 was a stop gap that exhibited a couple of those good qualities. It set up pretty fast, but the paper handling was mediocre, the options were limited, the printing was crisp, it is very noisy but hip shooting fast, the scanner and ADF were cranky, and my assistant thinks it smells funny (but she's cranky.) Did I mention it was inexpensive and Epson shipped it for free.
