No need to turn off the lights.  It throws an image with exceptional clarity in broad daylight.\r\n\r\nVersatile\r\nProfessional enough for presentations in the office.  Solid enough for the family at home.\r\n\r\nConnectivity\r\nThis thing will connect to just about anything.  HDMI, USB, VGA, Composite, RCA, and Wireless.\r\n\r\nQuick and Easy\r\nIt does most of the work for you.  Plug in your source and the projector will find it.\r\n\r\nIntuitive\r\nMenu options are intuitive and simple to follow.\r\n\r\nSmall Footprint and Light\r\nIt requires minimal space and lightweight.  No more than a typical laptop.\r\n\r\nSturdy\r\nSolid and well built.\r\n\r\nFunctional\r\nComes with a remote control that is responsive and easy to use.\r\n\r\nCompatibility\r\nLaptops, Desktops, Windows, Mac, Flash Drives, iPhones, and Androids (I even connected a Linux machine without issues).\r\n\r\nMore Compatibility\r\nI have connected Roku, FireTV, and Dish Network with absolutely no problems.\r\n\r\nAudio\r\nHas a built in speaker.  It is audible but not this products strongest feature and is its most disappointing feature.\r\n\r\n\r\nOverall this is a fine piece of equipment.  I would recommend it to my family and friends.  You can get a lot of use in many ways from this projector. I happened to be testing out my new 25 foot (yes, 25 FOOT) inflatable outdoor projector screen. Please see the accompanying photos of the screen in the daytime to see just how HUGE this thing really is.\r\n\r\nNow, prior to this I was using a budget (sub $200) projector on an approximately 80\" screen. Which did ok for outdoor movie night, but never...WOWED em, know what I mean? So I knew I was going to have to do a projector upgrade to accommodate this new, frankly enormous screen.\r\n\r\nEnter: the Epson Pro EX7280. Stated maximum image size: 320 Inches (or 26 feet). Here's the thing though. This thing blew my 25 foot screen away. As in, it had NO problem pushing 25 foot. To wit, it is MY belief that this projector will actually do MORE than the rated max size. The image quality at 25 feet was SO GOOD, that I wouldn't hesitate to get a BIGGER screen to use with this. If you have access to a 30 foot screen? This should do that no problem. I honestly think you might be able to push this to 35 feet in a decently dark environment.\r\n\r\nBecause the brightness and contrast is INCREDIBLE, and the color saturation? Out of this world. As in, were we REALLY watching a 25 foot screen?\r\n\r\nMy test film for this projector was Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind on Blu-Ray using a Samsung Blu-Ray player as source. I have to tell you, I was blown straight away by the color saturation when the preview for Pixar's \"Cars 2\" was playing. It was actually hard to believe this was coming from a projector!\r\n\r\nI did NOTHING to tune this, save for sticking it on a platform, firing it up, and adjusting focus. I didn't even have to adjust the pincushion. It was perfect (at least for me) out of the box. Do I think it could look better with tuning? Who cares? It's so good that, frankly, I'm not going to even bother. I'm just going to use it!\r\n\r\nFocus was easy to achieve and sharp as a tack (if you looked closely you could make out the pixels reproduced on the screen). The only thing to say that I didn't care for was the built-in speaker. I understand that most folks will probably be hooking this up to SOME kind of external audio device, but let me warn you ahead of time if you plan on using the built-in speaker: It will have great difficulty competing against noisy environments. I had to have the volume on this turned all the way to 10 to compete with the blower motor of my projector screen. Granted, I was competing against that, but still, it's NOT loud, so please consider an auxiliary speaker solution if you intend to use this anywhere where you will be competing against background noise. It comes with a nice filter to keep dust from getting in with the cooling air.\r\n\r\nIn all, this is a fantastic projector for my needs. It has NO problem filling my 25 foot screen and seems to me like it has MORE to give. Color saturation, sharpness, even motion was outstanding. I've officially put my old projector up for sale. I don't think I'm going to miss it. Absolutely recommended, especially if you're trying to fill a big space!","name":"amazing product!"},{"@type":"Review","@id":"https://epson.com/For-Work/Projectors/Portable/Pro-EX7280-3LCD-WXGA-Projector/p/V11HA02020#review-182772736","datePublished":"2021-06-26","reviewRating":{"@type":"Rating","ratingValue":"5","bestRating":"5","worstRating":"1"},"reviewBody":"This is a review for the Epson Pro EX-7280 Projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.\r\n\r\nIt is a great projector. The best things about this projector is it's combination of performance and portability. Picture quality is excellent and it has built in speakers so that you do not need to tote around a pair of speakers for presentations on the go. There are various ways to connect, whether you use the wireless feature, USB, HDMI, this projector gives you plenty of options.\r\n\r\nA couple of days ago I used it to watch a movie in our friends backyard. It worked great. I just hooked it up to a DVD player with an HDMI cable and everything went smoothly. There were no issues of any kind. And, most importantly, the picture was very bright and crisp. Of course, with that said, please don’t expect the picture to look as good as your 4K TV. It is compact and lightweight, and includes a nifty little carry bag too, so it is utterly and completely portable. This will be great for outdoor movies. \r\n\r\nIt works beautifully with my laptops too - I have an new model MacBook and a more recent Dell computer and both work well. Presentations and slide shows look great. This will work well for lectures or concert settings.\r\n\r\nEspecially for business purposes. Which, of course, is what it is designed for. But, I do think it does a really good job when you want to use it at home too.\r\n\r\nOverall really quality projector and the price makes sense to me.","name":"Excellent performance and features"}]}
