I bought the projector renewed and it arrived quickly. However, it was missing all of its accessories. When I called customer support they said they would overnight me the accessories. They did not, and I had to call several times per day over the next few days to get a fedex tracking number. Every time I called they said they would call me back with more information but they never did. Finally the package arrived and when I opened it I was incredibly frustrated to see that they only sent me one sharing cable that did not even match the projector. No remote, no correct charging cable. At this point I spent a few more days with support on the phone, but they kept giving excuses like not having remotes available at the warehouse. At this point I was so frustrated that I decided to return the projector to Epson. I purchased it refurbished on Amazon and the projector itself is great. I recommend the product but had a terrible time dealing with Epson’s customer service and cannot recommend buying from the company.","name":"Great projector but do not buy renewed from Epson"}]}
