The order section has multiple ways to Order Epson Products. You will also find order history and detailed order reports that you can export and share with your organization.

In the service section, you can check a product warranty, create service events, and view service history reports.

Resources

In Resources, you can access resources that help you market or sell Epson products including photography, brochures, specification sheets. Depending on your access, you will also see Partner Program information, Price Sheets, and Sales training information.

Visit the Epson Partner Portal

To access the site for the first time:

  1. Go to the Epson Partner Portal and click on the "RESET MY PASSWORD" link.
  2. On the next screen, enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button.
  3. Next, you will receive an email with the subject line “Reset Your Epson Partner Portal Password.” In the email click on “Reset Password”. You have 30 minutes to complete this step.
  4. Follow the instructions to set your security questions and a new password.
  5. Using your email as your login, log in to the Epson Partner Portal.
