Epson Partner Program Terms and Conditions

 

  • Reseller must maintain a selling model that adds significant value to the customer beyond just being transactional. This selling model does not include auction management, retail or national price-comparison shopping websites as the primary method of customer engagement. No internet sales are permitted except directly from the Reseller's own website.
  • Reseller must have a valid company website and a physical address where it operates. The website must state the company name, be fully functioning, and make at least this information available:
    • About Us - Who we are, what we do, company overview, company history as examples
    • Services/Products offered
    • Contact Us - reseller provides contact information (name, physical address, and phone)
    • Email addresses should incorporate company domain
    • Email address my not be generic email node (e.g. yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc.)
  • Reseller may not be currently enrolled in any other Epson channel program.
  • Reseller must purchase Epson products through an Epson authorized distributor only. Reseller may contact its Epson representative for the most recent list of authorized distributors.
  • Epson authorized distributors will be provided a list of authorized Program Resellers at the beginning of each month. Program benefits will be effective once Reseller is approved by Epson and the appropriate distributors are provided this list of authorized resellers.
  • U.S. and Canadian resellers should each sell to end-users within their respective countries. No sales to other resellers.
  • Revenue progress and compliance with Program requirements will be reviewed on a regular basis.
  • Reseller must conduct business in an ethical and businesslike manner. Reseller must not cause or permit disparagement of Epson or its products by its employees.
  • Reseller must refrain from making false or misleading representations regarding Epson products, and from making any representations of warranties on behalf of Epson except as specifically authorized by Epson.
  • Reseller must refrain from selling, advertising, promoting, displaying or disclosing features, availability or pricing of new Epson products prior to public announcement date.
  • The only product warranty and remedy Epson provides to Resellers and end-users are the ones stated in the limited warranty which accompanies the product. Epson disclaims all others, whether express or implied. In no case shall Epson be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory.
  • Epson may send Program communications via email to participating Resellers.
  • Reseller admission to the Program shall be determined by Epson in its sole discretion. Epson may drop any Reseller from the Program without cause on 30 days' notice, or immediately on notice for failure to comply with any Program requirements. Reseller may cease to participate in the Program at any time on notice to Epson.
  • Epson reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time on notice to participating Resellers.
