Q: How does the Epson Preferred Plus Next-Business-Day On-Site Repair Extended Service Plan work?

A: When you have issues with your product, call Epson support where a service agent will try to resolve your issue over the phone. If we are not able to fix the issue, Epson will schedule a service technician to visit your business.

Q: How does the Epson Preferred Plus Next-Business-Day Whole Unit Exchange Extended Service Plan work?

A: When you have issues with your product, call Epson support where a service agent will try to resolve your issue over the phone. If we are not able to fix the issue, Epson will dispatch a replacement unit shipped Next-Business-Day to you. When you receive the replacement unit, simply return your original product in the same box; Epson covers shipping both ways.

A: You can purchase at either time, but purchasing an Epson Preferred Plus Extended Service Plan with your product will save you more.

  • Save up to 30% on 2-year extended service plans versus purchasing stackable 1-year extended service plans at a later date for the equivalent duration
  • Save up to 40% on 4-year extended service plans versus purchasing stackable 1-year extended service plans at a later date for the equivalent duration

Q: Are Out of Coverage plans available?

A: Yes, Out of Coverage plans are available for products that are no longer covered by the product's limited warranty or an extended service plan. The product must go through a virtual product inspection (VPI) to determine if it is eligible for this type of plan.
