Who can I contact if I need assistance with the CardScan or Magnet Kit software programs?
- There is program assistance in each of the programs if you click on the Help menu option. If you do not find what you are searching for there, you can contact the manufacturers directly. Telephone support is available for the PrintPaks Magnet Kit by contacting 1-503-295-6182. The CardScan program has a Fax-Back system that can be reached at 1-617-492-6659 or for telephone support call 1-617-492-4200 ext. 2.
