My picture is wider than the maximum scan area. Is there any way I can scan wider than 4.1-inches?

• Yes, you can scan a picture that is larger by hand scanning it. Scan the first part of the picture, then scan the second part. After you have scanned both parts, "stitch" them together to make one picture on the computer screen. For information and instructions on how to scan by hand, refer to Chapter 9 of your User's Guide.
