When I try to scan I get an error message. What should I do?
- Check the connection between the PhotoPlus and the computer. Unplug and reconnect the parallel connector, tightening the screws on both sides of the connector. Ensure that the power cable is attached to the parallel connector and plugged into a working electrical outlet. If you have a printer connected to the PhotoPlus parallel connector, be sure to turn the printer on before scanning. If the PhotoPlus Scan screen does not appear, check to see if the PhotoPlus scanner was selected as your source.
