When I click All to list the cards I have input, there are question marks in front of some of the names. What does that indicate?

  • A question mark in front of a name means that the information on that card has not been verified. Double-click on the line with the question mark and check the information. Once you have verified that the information is correct, click on the box in front of Verified, then click on Add. The question mark should disappear.
