Do I need to have the images open in the PhotoPlus program to create an album?
- No, you do not have to have an image on screen to create an album, but the images are added quicker if they are open and viewed on screen. If you have closed the images you would like to use in an album, click on the Album icon (which looks like a book) next to the PhotoPlus scanner icon or select File from the PhotoPlus menu and choose Open Album. Click on the down arrow next to Album: and choose New Album. Click on Add, then select a file you want to add to the new album. You may select more than one file at a time. To select consecutive files, click on the first file name you would like to add, hold down the Shift key, then click on the last file you want to add. All files in between the first and last file selected will be highlighted. Click OK to add these files to the album. If you would like to choose specific files that are not consecutive, use the Control (Ctrl) key to highlight the individual files. The files you choose will be highlighted. Click OK to add these files to the album. When you have finished adding images to the new album, click Exit. A "Save New Album" window will appear. Type the name of the new album and click OK. Your album is saved and can be modified at anytime.
