My picture is too light or overexposed. What should I do?

  • If you are using the Forced Flash setting, it may be too bright. Try setting the flash to Auto. If you are facing a bright light source, you may need to shoot your picture from a different angle. When taking pictures in the snow or on the beach on a sunny day, you may need to use an ND-filter. A 37 mm ND-4 camcorder filter should work (please refer to the Appendix page 7 of the PhotoPC 500 User's Guide for further information). Another suggestion is to use the EPSON PhotoPC 500 imaging software to adjust the picture's brightness and contrast.
