Why does my Mac appear to be hung after I select View images from the camera while using Image Expert?

• You may be using a serial connection at 115 kbs. Image Expert can take up to 90 seconds to display picture thumbnails at that speed. Try increasing the connection speed to 230 kbs. At this speed Image Expert displays the Thumbnails one by one while they are being downloaded.
