I inserted a 32GB CompactFlash (CF) memory card into my viewer, but the viewer cannot read the JPG images on the card. What should I do?

• Check the firmware version on your viewer by following these steps:
  1. Make sure the viewer is turned on.
  2. Select Settings from the Home screen and press OK.
  3. Select Device Information and use the 4-way ring to select the Firmware Version menu.
  4. Press OK.
  
  If the firmware version is 1.29, the viewer supports CF memory cards with a capacity of up to 16GB. To read a 32GB CF card, the firmware version in your viewer must be 1.30 or later.
