The product comes standard with a parallel interface. Can a serial interface be added?

• Yes, the FX-870 accepts a Type-B interface. Optional buffered serial, parallel, Twinax, and Coax interface cards are available when needed for special installations. These can be purchased through EPSON Accessories.
