My product beeps (five sets of four beeps) and will not load paper. Why won't it load paper?

• If the printer does five sets of four beeps (with a pause in between each set), the paper may not be installed correctly or there may be a paper jam. Remove the paper and check to see if there is any paper jammed in the printer. Reinstall the paper onto the tractor unit and try printing again. If the problem persists, have the printer taken in to be serviced.
