When I load paper in my product, I notice that instead of the paper lying against the tray, it may stand up in the hopper. Is this normal?
- Sometimes, when the paper is in a very humid environment, it will tend to curl vertically and stand up in the tray. This may cause misfeeding. Make sure the paper is lying flat against the tray to ensure proper loading.
