Some printouts have two lines or scuff marks in the middle of the page. What should I do?

• The Stylus Photo 960 has a high speed auto sheet feeder. The pickup roller rotates at a high speed and may leave a slight mark on some prints. The mark is only noticeable on Premium Glossy Photo Paper. There are two solutions that will completely eliminate the mark. The first solution is to load a single sheet of paper into the auto sheet feeder. We recommend loading a single sheet whenever you print on any Premium grade paper. The second solution is to use the manual feed slot. When printing from the manual feed slot, the pickup roller does not come in contact with the paper.
