Why is my product printing colored pages in black and white?

• Your printer software may be set for black only mode.
  1. Click on 'START/SETTINGS/PRINTERS'
  2. Right click on the 'EPSON STYLUS C82' icon
  3. Click on 'PROPERTIES'
  4. Click on the 'MAIN' tab
  5. Click on 'COLOR' under the ink section
  6. Click 'APPLY'
  7. Click 'OK'
  8. Try printing
