Why doesn't the my product Wizard give me the option to print a proof sheet when I insert a memory card?

Make sure the PictureMate Print Wizard is turned on.
If you've selected pictures to print with your camera using DPOF (Digital Print Order Format), the PictureMate Wizard does not appear. Get more information about DPOF.
