I'm having problems installing the software. What should I do?
Make sure all applications (including any screen savers and virus protectors) are closed before you install the software.
If any applications were open, you may need to uninstall the printer software, uninstall EPSON Scan, and/or uninstall the Reference Guide (depending on which part you were installing when the problem occurred).
Once you've finished uninstalling, reinstall the Windows software or reinstall the Macintosh software (depending on which operating system you're using).
