The Print light is on but nothing prints. What should I do?

If your CX11N won't print, you may have one of the following problems:
- Your computer may not be securely connected to the CX11N. Check the connection at both ends. If you're using a USB cable, connect the square end of the cable to the back of the CX11N and the flat end of the USB cable to any open USB port on your computer.
- Your application software may not be set up correctly. Make sure the CX11N is selected in your software.
- Your computer system's memory may be too small to handle the volume of data in your document. Try reducing the image resolution in your application software, or install more memory in your computer.
