I installed the cartridges according to the label on my product and all of the colors are printing incorrectly. What should I do?

• The ink cartridges may be installed incorrectly. Check to see if you followed the "Part Number Label" when you installed the cartridges. If you have, please remove the cartridges from the incorrect slots and install them following the instructions on the Ink Cartridge Installation label.
