I keep getting Paper jam, CD/DVD tray, or thick paper jam message right before printing when using the single sheet guide. The paper is not jammed and I am not printing on CD/DVDs. What should I do?
The paper is not loading correctly. You'll need to reload the paper without canceling the print job in the print queue. Do the following:
- Press the Roll paper button for 3 seconds to eject the paper.
- Remove the paper completely from the printer.
- Press the flashing Paper button once to clear the paper out error, the paper light now becomes solid green.
- Reload paper in the single sheet guide again and try printing.
