The quality of my printed output is unacceptable. What should I do?
If the image looks fine on your computer screen, make sure you're using the latest driver version for the WorkForce 600 Series. Also, make sure you select the correct quality option, paper type, paper size and orientation setting in the printer driver for your print job. See Select Basic Options (Windows) or Select Basic Print Options (Mac OS X 10.3 and 10.4 or Mac OS X 10.5). If that doesn't help, see Print Quality Problems (quality is correct on screen).
If the image also looks incorrect on screen, see Image Quality Problems (quality problem appears on screen).
