Can I just pull the memory card out of my product when I'm finished printing?
-
No. Before removing a memory card from the PictureMate, make sure the memory card access light is not flashing. Do not remove a card while the card light is flashing, or you may lose data on the card.
If the PictureMate is connected to your computer, do one of the following before removing the memory card or turning it off:- Windows:
If PictureMate is connected to your computer with a USB cable, right-click the name of your card (removable disk) in My Computer or Windows Explorer, and select Eject.
If PictureMate is connected to your computer over a network connection, make sure that the memory card light is not flashing, then remove the card from the slot. - Macintosh:
If PictureMate is connected to your computer with a USB cable, drag the removable disk icon from your desktop into the trash.
If PictureMate is connected to your computer over a network connection, open the hard drive, click the eject icon for the memory card, then remove the card from the slot.
Caution: If your Macintosh is connected to the PictureMate over a network, do not drag the Memory Card application icon (see example icon below) to the Trash. If you accidentally delete the icon, you'll need to reinstall it to be able to access memory cards over your network.
- Windows:
