How do I uninstall the product software?

  • Follow the instructions below for your operating system.

    Windows
    1. Turn off the printer.
    2. Disconnect the USB cable from the printer..
    3. Click Start or , and select Programs or All Programs.
    4. Select EPSON, select EPSON WorkForce 1100 Series, then click EPSON Printer Software Uninstall.

      Note:
      If you see a User Account Control window, click Continue or Yes. Then go to the next step.
    5. In the next window, select EPSON WorkForce 1100 Series and click OK. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
    6. Restart your computer.
    Macintosh
    1. Turn off the printer.
    2. Insert the WorkForce 1100 Series software CD-ROM in your CD-ROM or DVD drive.
    3. Double-click the Epson CD-ROM icon on your desktop.
    4. Open the Common folder, then open the Printer folder in the CD-ROM window.

      Note: You may have to scroll down to see the Common folder.
    5. Double-click the EPSON_IJ_Printer icon.
    6. When the Installer window appears, select Uninstall from the pop-up menu at the top and click the Uninstall button.
    7. Restart your Macintosh.
