I replaced an ink cartridge and my product shows that the same ink cartridge is expended. What should I do?

  • Make sure you replaced all expended ink cartridges. If you replaced all expended ink cartridges, the cartridge may not be seated properly and may need to be reseated.

    1. Turn on your product.
    2. Open the front cover.

    3. Make sure you press the ink cartridge until it clicks into place.

    4. If the Cartridge Check option is displayed on the LCD screen, press the OK button to make sure the cartridges are installed correctly.
    5. When you are finished, close the front cover.

      The product starts charging the ink and returns to its previous state when finished.
