How do I print faxes stored in the fax memory when the product has an expended ink pack?

• You need to replace any ink packs that are expended. Once the ink packs are replaced, you can print them. If the Save to Inbox setting on the product is set to No, your faxes will automatically print. If the setting is set to Yes, you can view and print the stored faxes from the product's LCD by selecting Fax Box, then one of the following options:

  • Inbox/Confidential Box: To view received documents.
  • Stored Documents Box: To view saved documents that have not been sent when Store Fax Data is set to On.
  • Polling Send Box: To view documents that are stored for fax polling.

  Select the fax you want to view, press the  icon, and then select one of the printing options. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

  To change the Save to Inbox setting on your product, select Settings > General Settings > Fax Settings > Receive Settings > Save/Forward Settings > Unconditional Save/Forward > Save to Inbox, and select Yes or No.
