It takes a long time to copy a document. What should I do?

• Try copying your original with a lower quality setting. Do the following:

  1. Place your original on the scanner glass, or place multi-page documents in the ADF.
  2. Load the paper you want to print on in the product.

     Note: Load only the recommended number of sheets.

  3. Press the home button, if necessary.
  4. Select Copy.
     
     
  5. Select the Advanced Settings tab and select Original Type.
  6. Select Original Type, then press Text.
  7. When you are ready to copy, select the Copy button.
