The print head assembly is not moving over so that I can install the ink cartridge. What should I do?
- Refer to the underside of the printer's front cover as a guide. Ensure that the cartridge installation procedure has been followed. Press the pause button and check to see if the light comes on. If the light does not come on, disconnect the printer cable and try it again. If the problem still persists, the printer may need to go in for service. If the printer is within the dealer's exchange period, have the printer exchanged.
