My product is making a noise when printing. What should I do?

• First make sure the knob on the right side of the printer is not pushed up againstanything. That knob should be free from obstruction. You should be able to push it in and out and rotate it.
  
  Try the following:
  
  With the printer off, press the knob on the right and turn it clockwise a few times. Then do the following factory reset:
  (1) Make sure it's off.
  (2) Hold down all the buttons except for the economy/condensed button and turn the printer on.
  (3) Keep holding all four buttons till you see all the lights go on the out. It should initialize as always.
