I can't print from a particular application. What should I do?
- Make sure that the driver is installed correctly, the printer and driver are set on the right port setting, and for Windows ensure that the spool settings are correct. Try printing from the application you are having problems with. If you still continue to have problems, try another application. If another application prints fine, there may be a problem with the program you are attempting to use. Contact the manufacturer of the software program for further assistance.
