My product is severely malfunctioning (no power, loud noises). What should I do?

  • Turn the printer OFF and remove the printer cable from the printer to verify the power source. Make sure that all packing material has been removed (transportation screw, tape, Styrofoam, etc.). Reconnect the printer cable and power the printer back ON. If the problem persists, have the printer sent in for service or if it is within the dealer's exchange period, have the printer exchanged.
