My printout has lines running through it. What should I do?
- Perform a self-test (Cleaning + Power-On) and check to see that seven colors are produced. If seven colors are not produced, perform two cleaning cycles (Cleaning button). You may need to run several cleaning cycles before the print quality improves. Run the self-test again to see if the missing color appears. If all colors are still not printing, try replacing the cartridge with a new, genuine EPSON ink cartridge. If this does not correct the problem, the printer may need to be sent in for service or if the printer is within the dealer's exchange period, have the printer exchanged.
