The print head unit is not moving over so that I can install the ink cartridge. What should I do?

  • Ensure that the cartridge installation procedure has been followed. Disconnect the printer cable and try installing the ink cartridge again. If the problem still persists, the printer may need to be sent in for service or if the printer is within the dealer's exchange period, have the printer exchanged.
