I installed new ink cartridges and my product has stopped charging, but the power light is still flashing. What should I do?
- The ink cartridge clamps may not be locked down. Press down on the ink cartridge clamp to lock it into place. Verify that all the packaging material has been removed from the printer. The printer may need to be initialized. Power off the printer, remove the interface cable from the back of the printer. Power the printer back on with no cable connected. If the power light has stopped flashing, power the printer off again and reconnect the cable. If the power light is still flashing, please contact the EPSON Connection for assistance.
